Institute for treatment and rehabilitation “Niška Banja” – Niš, gives quality health protection of the secondary and third level for the inhabitants on the territory of the Republic Serbia, responds to the challenges of the time and follows the reform of the health system of the Republic Serbia, as well. This health protection is based on the best proofs from the practice and investigation, and it is in agreement with the highest professional and ethic standards.
The Institute is a health institution which accepts all challenges of both third and secondary health protection, creates and implements innovative solutions, by which realization the quality of the service is confirmed.
In accordance with the preference of the Institute, continued education is performed, acquiring of new skills and knowledge by all employees.
Institute for treatment and rehabilitation “Niška Banja”, Niš is also educational and scientific – teaching basis of the Medical faculty of Niš.
Policy of quality of the Institute for treatment and rehabilitation “Niška Banja”- Niš, is that its value presents through creativity, competence, transparency, innovation, team work, and all that in the aim of giving more qualitative health services.
Vision of constant improvement of quality is achieving of safe and good health protection, which is developed by the mutual effort of all key persons in the health system in behalf of its users.
The objective is creating contemporary hospital, devoted to the patient, with high quality of health service, introducing new, contemporary diagnostic and therapy procedures.
Policy of quality of food safety at the Institute for treatment and rehabilitation “Niška Banja”
HACCP system, according to Codex alimentary CAC/RCP 1-1969, Rev. 4-2003, is applied at the Institute, in order to guarantee that the food is safe for consummation, as well as of the demanded quality.
Facilities and food supplies are managed in the most economic way. That is why food suppliers are experienced, trustful, of stable quality, quick and always on time at delivery.
Employees who work with food are completely trained, qualified , capable and motivated for food preparation according to all demands concerning the quality of food.
In order to be certain that the patients and visitors at the Institute always have food which is both perfect and of good quality, the regulatory rules are followed, the latest knowledge, good manual experience, high hygiene standard as well as standards from the field of food processing.
