All hospital treatment and diagnostics services are provided to foreign citizens in the same way as the citizens of the Republic of Serbia.
Clinic for Cardiovascular Diseases
Admission to hospital treatement
Patients are admitted to the Clinic for Cardiovascular Diseases in the Cardiology Admission unit located on the ground floor of Radon Hospital. The admission of a patient can be planned or unplanned (urgent).
After an examination in the specialist clinic a cardiologist will decide whether hospital treatment is necessary. Depending on the nature of illness many tests are conducted during hospital treatment like non-invasive test (an echo cardiogram, a stress test, 24-hour holter monitoring, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, a stress echo cardiogram, etc.). Patients with heart failure are hospitalized for the evaluation of their general condition, further testing, and therapy optimization.
